The rumors might be true, due to the lowered prices on flash drives and the potential 3G iPhone release. So, after the price decrease on iPhone, you will only have to pay $399 for the 16GB iPhone, $299 for the 16GB iPod Touch and $399 for the 32GB one. If the flash prices continue to decrease that fast we might also get cheaper iPod Nanos.
