The last device to use a Ducati-style bike case is the Z770 flip phone from Sony Ericsson. The model is now available to purchase in its sport design, perfect for all the cyclist fans out there.

Along with its stylish paint job, you’ll get a Ducati-themed HBH DS-220 headset and screensavers, videos, themes and covers, all Ducati-branded. The luxury cycling phone will be launched in Italy this June, so the wait shouldn’t be that long.

The rumored Sony Ericsson G702c, aka Bei Bei, has finally had pictures leaked out from the FCC. It seems that it is all touchscreen (which supports stylus or your digits) and, more from that, it has a scroll wheel for navigating the UIQ 3.3 interface for informations and media, like YouTube or the weather status.

Among its features, the integrated GPS with Google Maps, built-in RSS, HSDPA 3G and a 3.2MP camera are good to be reminded. Another very important capability is the full HTML browsing using Flash Lite 3, which could be done with the help of Opera 9.5. Unfortunately, there is still no data about the release date, so we’ll have to be patient until it is ready.

Everyone is expecting the PSP cellphone and now a new rumor has come out, also pictured. The new cellphone should be called Sony Ericsson PSPhone and is having Nokia N95’s form factor, PSP’s design and functionality, probably with great features. Currently, nothing is sure and less probable that the gaming cellphone is real and will ever get released, but it does look good and it would make all PSP and Sony-Ericsson fans fall in love with it.

The Mobile World Congress is the largest and as some would say, is the best global mobile event and from 2006 it’s held in Barcelona, Spain. For this year’s show, Sony Ericsson prepaired four low-end handsets available in eight versions.

The first is the T270 , i-version which features GSM/GPRS 900/1800 and a-version with GSM/GPRS 850/1900. The second is the T280, i-version which features 1.3 megapixel camera, FM radio, GSM/GPRS 900/1800 and a-version with 1.3 megapixel camera, FM radio, GSM/GPRS 850/1900.

The third is the R300 Radio along with R300a Radio which both sport VGA camera, Bluetooth, GSM/GPRS 900/1800/1900. The last is the R306 Radio along R306a Radio both supporting 1.3 megapixel camera, Bluetooth, GSM/GPRS 900/1800/1900.

With the Mobile World Congress opening on 11th of February the excitement gets to us and we hope to see some nice cell phones.

Fresh news about Sony Ericsson. Here are the latest handsets from Sony Ericsson which now feature a 5 megapixel camera, GPS and Cybershot, we are talking about K780i, K830i and K870i. The cell phones also sport 16M color QVGA display and the camera includes auto-focus and LED flash. Although they announce this like an upgrade, the absence of Xenon-Flash is clearly a step back so we think that they want to surprise us.

Sony Ericsson wants to take hand watches to the next level. They made a drawing for a watch with  LCD. In theory, when you want to look at a picture or see a mini-movie the “LCD hands” will disappear. We don’t really understand what is the purpose of this mechanism, but probably they know better if they are spending time in this area of development.

Nowadays, the phone cameras from mobiles are not so out of the ordinary. The latest Sony Ericsson development could allow an user to command a phone by gestures in front of the camera and the phone will take actions. Phone users can take a call from the other side of the room by simply moving their wrists or fingers. In addition, you can change tracks with simple movements of your hand. The happy users of this phone still have to be in front of the camera.
